I have a 10 year old fib Neptune 15 place setting and cannot find a service engineer to look at it in Secunderabad. I have a similar experience in Secunderabad in Andhra Pradesh. The Kaffe service guy keeps saying he will definitely come to clean the hob & chimney; but after the 6th phone call, I realise he is not coming and get it cleaned by my cook. Well glad to hear that AI have improved their services on some routes. I somehow doubt that starting from India on AI there will be much of a change in their usual lackadaisal attitude and delays.
