@Dharati2112: I guess you can still return it as a faulty product, & they will refund you full money credited to your account. Check with them. Coz same thing happened with my friend, she got a faulty hand bag with Zip not properly aligned after using for 2 days she noticed it, we raised a concern t read more...
And the worst part is yet to come, They did NOT refund my money till date, they said they processed refund on July 30,2013. After so many phone calls that I made to them and Email requests I still did not see any credit in my bank account till date. I have already lost some Rs.50 for this non sense read more...
