dont buy man!! Owners are still crying, There is no electricity,no proper drainage system, the project is just full of garbage. no eminities at all, no chilren play area...nothing.. and most important,, That so called almost ready to possession flat will remain in same condition for more 2-3 yrs.. read more...

pooja... really horrible guys you are... You are not bother to deliver order and more than that you are not bother to respond mails also.. You should stop looting people....... After 4 days of Rakshabandhan you didint deliver my order and that does not satisfy us by just saying sorry.....

This is regarding Ittina mahavir, But I dont think the situation will be different in other projects because Management is same and their attitude would also be same. Please check throughly before taking any decision. All the best!!!

Forget About eminities there is no permenent electricity, not lifts, out of 1000 flats only 200 got possession succesfully.. They dont have material to complete work..Strange how some one can stay peacefully without lift without permenent electricity without proper drainage system. When I went to read more...

I am not recommending to anyone... But people like me attracts to property by their price quote and their good marketing team.. But once you buy it thats all... you bad days will starts... thats the reason I am recommending those attracted people to contact IMRA so that they can get help of IMRA to read more...

Lifes biggest mistake is equal to Buying property in Ittina project!!!!!!!! You Buy and your kids will use it that too in broken condition because construction is not capable to stand longer.....
