True. They are shipping the product as per their convenience. If they can't ship in time at least they should cancel and reund the money. Why should we be in loss for their mistake.

Hi, I too faced the same problem with my product. As they failed to ship within the deadline I asked them to cancel the order and refund my money. They rejected to cancel my order stating it is a furniture order. Why should I suffer for their fault? So I gave a very bad feedback about them wherever read more...
