Hmm! Vijay, Good to know that they have not charged you for delayed EMI... but don't be surprised if you see some charges coupld of months down the line... They may realize it anytime... Am not discouraging you, but this is how they operate.. all officials from top to bottom.
Manas2008, I am not sure whether your comments are based on your experience or not. The first step which i expect to be smooth in owning a property is hassle free loan processing. But this is what is missing in LIC (based on what i have observed). No one is able to give you clear details on when you read more...
Hi Parmeetsm, I am not a old customer with LIC i am new as you are. But, i have read in reviews that they are no different than other private banks in hiking the interest rates... ofcourse this is one of the opportunity what lenders(banks) may leverage on!
