ok jpmlore, i have written to the nodal officer as u suggested, lets see if it works, but i am not hopeful of any action, if the call centre people are not giving the basic service that they should give even after 25 reminders, how can I expect anything from the nodal officer. Hitesha, I dont agree with u, you cant be with the company just bcoz u cant change ur numbers and just bcoz this company gives importance to advertising and false charges over customer service...I would rather keep my present number on standby for 3 months and start using another good, honest comp read more...
