Hi Rajiv, Tat definitely was a terrible experience. I am glad you took a firm decision and got your hard-earned money back. These companies should realise that customers are not retards and they have to get the value they deserve for their money. Good going!
Hi Dell studio14, Frankly speaking, the laptop hasn't been a disappointment. Its a good buy but the damage to the LCD just within a year of purchase is a little upsetting.
