Also, the service guy mentioned how Hitachi have changed the technique from front cooling to side cooling. I am not sure how this makes a change, but pls comment. I am willing to look at Daikin/Hitachi options as well, so any suggestions (as long as its not a split) would be welcome and helpful!!!
