Ashraj - A Star offer some goodies like music system with speakers which Alto doesn't. If you do an apple to apple comparison on price, the difference is 25,000 only. Pranesh - If it is your first car and the mileage is a primary concern for you, go for Alto K-10. Being lighter, it should give a KM more per litre than A-Star. It is a good car in other aspects too.
