I will believe you if you prove it next time if i have an issue and i don't need to escalate and wait for things.. Make your customer service in Chennai a proactive one
Today person came after writing mails to higher ups and that to after about one week. the problem seems to be change in Service centre partner and call centre not passing info to the correct service centre on time..
