I received a ' GIFT ' 2 days back from FORTUNE MOTORS dealer of my car. They said it from TATA and I was asked to sign a ' SATISFACTION ' letter regarding the issues which I had raised but still not attended to. Hi truepuneri; When I had showed them the faults I was told to give it in writing. When I gave in writing the dealer did not accept it. Now what I am supposed to do?
