This product will make you shell out money like anything and to add to it the service and support is really bad (I know about the service center in Chennai). Faulty DVD drive, faulty LCD screen.

I suggest not to go for HCL laptops. This product is really bad and although it looks cheap initially it will make you shell out money once the initial warranty expires.

I am using HCL laptop. Completely unsatisfied. I would suggest not to go for it. Put in some more money while buying a laptop and go for Dell (or any other good one) because I'm sure you would repent after having bought it. I don't even know how many times I had to run around the service center. Tot read more...

After getting the lcd screen replaced, the screen now has got a white spot (dot) on it when I reported it to the service center (HCL Touch, Chennai) they say its a manufacturing defect and its quite comman and they can consider it only if the number of spots is more than 5.

The worst Laptop. Never buy it. I bought one and am repenting for it. A lot of repairs needed. Within the warranty period I had my DVD Drive, LCD screen replaced. Now after the warranty expired again the LCD screen is not working. The servicing is very costly as well.
