Same experience here, since I posted there review on MS they kept sending me message Issue is under consideration and it is now over a month , wonder what they are considering if planning to shut off that will be great for all online buyers.
I am not sure how ShopClues is going to resolve this after delivery , will they refund my money? will they compensate for my loss? and 'At the earliest' means you wait for ever.

Get your loan transfer to other bank who offers lower ROI as now as per new RBI Guidelines they can not cahrge you pre payment penality. Only thing you need to make sure that your property should be Freehold
Finally got the product delivered today. Thanks God !
Now finally today I got my reward points credited back to my acccount. And I again reddemed my points (Order Batch id: 762326) now see if this time Payback will be able to deliver the product intime.
Another day over and Payback is failed to credit the points back to my account. Intrestingly I got the reply from them yesterday of my email wriiten to them on 05 Apr 2012 so it took them 4 days to respond me me and the reply is totally use less as per the mail sent by Ms Razia that they need to cro read more...
Here again they prove themselve as they are fraud company, I have not got credit back of my reward points till date, which they assured on last 05 Apr 12 , that it will done in 2 days. They never kept their words.
