I would like to join few more points. - Too much of pressures on developers as resources are not joining due to bad reputation of company in India and existing developers has to face pressure. - Very less in-hand salary as compared to CTC offered.

Please Don't Join this company at any cost. All good people are leaving company. All senior management is STUPID here.
I am employee of sears. Myself also Amit the person who wrote this review must be an HR or Alok himself. People please don't go with above review. above review is completely false.
