Had a similar experience in Poorvika in Chennai. My LG mobile screen got crack but the touch was working. I claimed for insurance. After chasing for multiple times i got a call from them to pay 5000rs for screen replacement. Note the phone price itself is 8500. They advised me that they will retu read more...

Totoodo chennai : For me its not the good place for iPhones. They may be good in Android phones, but velachery tootodo is not good for IPhone service. Still not got the handset. They said that the board is faulty and asked for a weeks time to get the spare and repair. I said ok, but its more than a week now, still they are saying the same story.
