No Dude, U r entirely wrong. My wife has gone through treatment of Dr Manisha when i was staying in Bangalore, and i must say the hospitality was awesome.
I personally experienced the treatment by Dr Manisha Singh Fortis Hospital and found her very useful. So i trust this doctor and this review seems fake and scripted.
