There are some costs you can avoid but remember at what cost. a. Many banks do not charge processing fees b. Govt banks charge about 2000 rs to 3500 rs for checking all papers. Hi Deepak. I too just scanned the processes of Bank of Baroda. That is a catch. Even if RBI reduces rate BOB are not obliged to reduce the rates to us. On the contrary it may go up as well.
