Completely agree with you all. We are in same boat. I have bought flat in Shantiniketan. Quality of material is poor. Dear Friend, I completely agree with you. We are in the same boat. For my flat in building I got possession but water in the building and no drainage pipe connected.

I believe this is the worst project ever seen. Quality of work is pathetic. Project is delayed on an average 2 years. There are basic mistakes in the building.
