For better results you have to train hard but also with a nice diet plan which help to improve the recovery of muscle before and after the workout. You have to keep increasing the resistance to muscle to improve your muscle size as well as lifts. For bulking aka increasing size you have to increase weights set by set.
For shredding aka cutting u have to increase resistance and reps for a shredded physique. The only aim is to hit the every portion of the muscle and shock muscle it didn't get pump or until failure.Always remind that when you enter into the gym you have a plan and a manner to execute that plan because no one knows you better than yourself. So, you have to create your zone.
Always start workout with a warm up because it reduces the chances of fatigue or any injury. You have to create aplan to execute or train which body part on which day. Its all on you, the trainer will only help you to make your dream physique but you have to train like a unbreakable bull.
Make sure always that you are performing or train muscle in a correct form because wrong form deviate your goals you can lift heavy but if the form is wrong then its doesn't leave any meaning its all is to waste the time and loose your strength and stamina.
