Hi,


I have redeem the amount on Monday and Tuesday I thought that I will get the money today and when I contact the customer support(useless) then she said that they will process on Friday. And the lame excuse agent give is that I didnt sent the document however, I have sent the document last year only.


And you people have blocked me from Facebook too for complaining.
