After 3 months of fake promises this is what I wrote to them. AVOID TIKONA IN GGN

With reference to the above, I would like to bring to your notice, that I have been complaining about a bad connection, connection dropping and a under bandwidth. I have subscribed to a 4MBPS plan and most of the time my data speed is around 1.5 MBPS and sometimes as low as >700KBPS. I have complained several time and every time I have been given answers just to satisfy me, but hardly any action has been taken. The connection drops very often and takes lots of time to get back on track, this is a big loss to me when I am working at Nights. Despite my many complains, I have not received proper services as I expected from Tikona. I am an very old customer of Tikona and was happy with its services in Mumbai and that is the reason I opted for Tikona when I moved to Gurgaon. But the services has been pathetic in Gurgaon and I would recommend people not to opt for Tikona services in Gurgaon. Every time I complain, I am given an illogical explanation and being a computer engineer I understand the that well. I have been told my receiver roams between a few towers and I would be provided a static IP, but nothing has happened yet. There are service Engineers that come from Tikona and suggest me to take a Nextra connection, telling me its better in Gurgaon and Tikona services are not good. Imagine a Tikona Engineer saying so, I pity the company that hires such engineers. If you see my logs, you'll see how many complaint I have made till date and every time I complain, my connection is put under observation for n number of hours or an engineer is send across after multiple calls. The latest case, I called up Yesterday and I was promised that an Engineer will visit your place tomorrow and I received and SMS with the name of the Engineer who has been assigned for the work. This happened after my argument that the engineers who come here, just does a basic trouble shooting and tell me a fancy story and assure me that they will resolve the problem which is with the network team. My problem is never solved, after all the stories. The only thing Tikona has been prompt at: is sending me bill on time and calling for collection on time. I very well understand the service Industry and if this is the service that Tikona is going to provide, I do not have word for Tikona. Though the Engineer was assigned to me yesterday, he has not visited or given me a solution till now. My current speed is 1.6Mbps and I am paying for 4Mbps. Why is Tikona charging me for that extra speed which it never intents to provide? And if Tikona understands that the speed is less, which Tikona has agreed a couple of times over the Phone and by Tikona Engineers, then why is Tikona raising bills and hesitant in providing a waiver for the services that it has not provided as promised?
I write this final letter with an anticipation of being heard and my problem being resolved, which has not happened in the past 3 months.
