Just see the complaints, made by me to Airtel Broadband services, but nothing has been done yet... even when I sent a recorded matter to the Airtel Bharti company (the so called number one service provider in this region). My message is as follows:


Dear Mr Customer Care Executive,


This is to bring into your kind consideration that any of my complaints have not been resolved till now.


Today, a while ago, I got an SMS from your side "Dear Customer, Your Complaint Number 8844596 for the telephone Number 01204210948 has been resolved. Airtel Bharti Telemedia Customer Care. Call 121 for any assis"


But I myself don't know that what has been resolved yet, because my connection has not started working till now... Only after too long follow-up, the wiring has been done with no cooperation from your side and still I am on leave for the third day (means loosing my salary continuously only because of you people) and waiting for my connection to start work. Although I am already paying all the bills on time and even paid more than the billed amount a number of times, I am not able to use your services... why is it so???


I am waiting for the connection to start work and also for you to clarify me on the subject, or I will be forced to take the matter in the competent court of jurisdiction too...


Please reply on my mobile number given below (because my landline is not working because of your negligence)...

Dear Customer Care Executive,


This is regarding my Airtel Broad Band Connection (number 0120-4210948). A request for the shifting of the telephone connection was given to your customer care (Number 121 from Airtel Landline) for which the request number is 129975. The request was given on June 29, 2008.


For this request, for the first time (after so much delay) I got a call from your executive Mr. Ravinder (Mobile number: +91 9311539330) at nearly 12:30 pm. He said that his colleagues will come and shift the connection to my house (at new address) within half an hour. After waiting for him and his colleagues for nearly 2 hours, I left the house for the doctor, as I was hurt in my right leg.


Then I got his call after more than two hours and he said that his colleague was waiting for me near the landmark given by me. I told him that I was at the clinic and will be back in about half an hour. He said that they will wait for me. In nearly 25 minutes, I was at the landmark decided earlier, but no one from Airtel was present there.


I again called Mr Ravinder. He informed me that they will reach to my place within half an hour.


In the meantime, I made vigorous follow-up with Mr Ravinder and every time he said that they will reach to my place within 10-15 minutes,,,, but that time never came till now...


Finally, I called Mr Ravinder at 7:00 pm and he straightly said that the connection will not be shifted today in any case, as he was lacking with the number of colleagues.


BUT THIS IS NOT MY FAULT IF AIRTEL DOES NOT HAVE SUFFICIENT NUMBER OF STAFFS, AND THE MATTER CAN EASILY GO TO THE CONSUMER FORUM... WHICH I THINK THAT SHOULD BE TAKEN IN FRONT OF THE COURT...


I am attaching the recorded talk in between me and Mr Ravinder and request you to kindly clarify me clearly that what is going to be done from your side now in my case (please call on my mobile number given below only), because harassing a customer, who is always paying the bills in time, is really very much unfortunate and it seems that Airtel is now neglecting those customers, who really pay the bill in time and have no issues with Airtel. Please go through the attached recorded file and decide yourself where a customer is wrong or your service or executives are harassing the customers!!!!


Because of your negligence, I am undergoing heavy losses and everyday my rental for the Airtel Broadband is being wasted... not only this, my earnings are also on a halt... only because of you people...


I feel that Airtel wants the customers to go to the court,,, so please be informed that if I am not wrong on my front, then why should I hesitate to take the issue in front of the court???
