Dear Friends,


I am sure those using Airtel Mobile connection are facing the same problem while getting the problem resolved.


Th Stupid IVR provided by the company is made for the customer to never reach the customer service, infact seem mittal is dertermined that he will break the Limca and Worl book of records for numenrs of times the customer are unable to reach thier customer service.


IS IRDA listning to this....pls do an audit of customer service of Airtel and you will know that they are fooling the customers.


I am also dead sure that like me there are many who are facing the billing issue with Airtel who are known to bil you are service you never opted for. I challenge Mittal to buy anaymously an Airtel SIM connection from any of your own gallery and go through the grulesome torture your appointed so call babes/dada meet to the customers at Gallery.


They are only good to people who no nothing about the whole bloody world of mobile and its features and the moment someone smart comes across them....they give a monkey look and make faces as if we are not wanted there. They seem to have no answer to any techincal issues and cannot also give us assistance on whom to contact. Answers from them.....pls contact customer service......which they to are unable to contact through their stupid IVR. .......dodouday
