My name is md istiyak rajja I change my number 8574137739 in airtel in previous year.After change when I used this sim card I fell it is not better because when my bill create I dint know because I m unable to received my bill at my home.I complain many time regarding this problem to airtel customer care and service center but every time he say dint worry this time you received it.But at the time I have no bill copy in jan I received via sms about my bill due date then I pay my bill 375 almost.After again I complain in airtel service provider but I found the same tone this time sure you find it.Now I received my bill amount 264 then I call to customer care number he say your bill has been dispatched at your home and you received it. But I didn't know where is my bill.Now I am very frustrated and I want to change my circle postpaid I want to use my number in prepaid.If possible please convert into prepaid other wise I closed my number.
I used 2 sim card on same name nd address 8574137739&9220676740 if u not give my any satisfaction then I want to closed it.Because I dont want to use it .
I dint know my first number 8574137739 on I used 6 plan and second 9220676740 I used only 4 plan how it is possible same number address and customer but plan different. I think it is only cheat by customer because we call only customer care number to know our available minute.You have no any code to see on the screen because u know when people call customer care number and check his plan and amount then his bill jump on 300 to 400 hundred.Because no one have to time to check his bill amount to call on customer care number.
