Due to my nature of Work and also my nature of being an avid traveler, I get to visit all parts of India.(I have traveled 25 State Capitals and 28 States till now). On reaching some new city or even existing where I live the local commutation is most harrowing experience. In an new city a traveler is at mercy of Cabwallas. taxi drivers, or a rickshaw puller. Depending upon a situation one some times have to pay up to 10 times the actual fare.Most of tourist and pilgrimage places are the places where one is likely to be fleeced by such local operators. On getting to know that I have been fleeced makes my mouth sour and makes whole journey to the place a bad experience.

Chandigarh is one of leading tourist destination in India with two ISBT and a Railway station .In order to make local transportation easier the Chandigarh Administration has started large number of Low Floor CNG Buses on the line of DTC Buses.There are also Radio taxi services and radio Auto rickshaw services by the name of 'Tuk-Tuk'. Despite all this means of organised and systematic commutation. the commutator still feels on the mercy of Auto Drivers and rickshaw pullers.

During First week of September Chandigarh city received one of heaviest rainfall and I was about travel to Allahabad by 'Sadbhavana Exp'. Due to incessant rain neither there was Auto Rickshaw on road nor any radio service was helpful how ever I was lucky in select client-el of 'Apna Cab' the service was responded professionally, I received 3 sms confirming my booking, name and phone number of chauffeur, time of positioning of vehicle and fare I have to pay.

The Car honk came precise on time we rushed to see the car, Pleasantly Car was well decorated and perfumed internally. Chauffeur was most polite and well educated young man, he was well aware of city landmarked and talkative man he was having deep knowledge about technical nitty gritty of mobile phones and internet. We started our journey in incessant rain and soft music, He was polite and professional person. It was really a memorizing experience.
