I would like to highlight a bad experince I had with Metro geyser Repair Service in Bangalore. (https://geyserrepair.com/)

My Geyser was giving shock. So I called up metro geyser service and they sent a guy to check.

The service guy told me that Geyser has leak and need to change coil and thermostat.

He took the geyser to his shop and came back at night. He told me that the contaniner had the leak and he has fixed that.But upon verification I found that geyser was leaking again. He told me that he has to take again to his shop. The next day he came and returned the geyser. It was not leaking.

He took 2250 rupees for this repair and he told me that there is service warranty for 6 months..

But I observed the next day that geyser is leaking again. So I called up the service guy and he told me that he would come next week.

He didnt turn up. after 3 days I called him up again. he told that he is in his village and will come next week. after that I called up the metro geyser service office and told my problem. The guy who answered the phone told me that the service guy who came to my home has resigned from his office and will send another guy.

When ever I call up the service guy, he tells that he is in his village and ask to call up office.

It is 2 months and I have made a lot of calls to office and the service guy. Still no one has come

So please be careful when you deal with Metrogeyser service
