Be Aware! Apple is a FRAUD & a RACIST company.Not forgetting how they are RAPING the customers and abstaining them from their legal rights.

Last Friday, dated February 28,2014 I bought a latest Apple I-pad Air from a store named Elite whose address is 7A Ground Floor Kolkata 700020. This product came as a defective product. I paid a visit to the store 5 times on every alternative day. The defect was that both the I-pad and its charger would get heated up whenever it is in use.The heat was unbearable which sometimes seemed as if the product is going to burst out. At the end the store kept the I-pad with them for 5 hours and accepted that it is a defective I-Pad and there is problem with the factory settings.

We buy a product in good faith and hope that it can show its potential and can ease people's work.

Obviously anybody like you and me who has spent their hard earned money on buying a product would ask for a refund knowing that you have been duped and being sold a defective product. They refused my request of refund. Tell me, if this would have happened in America would they dare to do such a thing to an AMERICAN? What has happened to Apple Customer Care Industry?

Why Indians like us are discriminated and I firmly believe that Apple is selling refurbished products in India. The store people are running in skirts hiding behind the excuse of company's policy saying that it takes minimum 7 days to replace the product and there would be no refund. They are holding customers like us as hostages and raping us in our daily lives giving the excuse of company's policy.

This is my humble request to all Indians Please Do Not buy Apple Products. They are a RACIST organization who are there only to dupe and rape Indians like us and depart with our hard earned money.

I am suffering from mental agony and also been disrespected by the store selling Apple products. They are basically holding the customer like me as hostages . If I have spent my hard earned money on buying an Apple product and then find out that it is unusable, what do you think is the dissatisfaction level that I am going through!

I am sure of one thing that I am never going to spend my hard earned money on a fraud company like Apple who are least bothered about happens to citizens of other countries apart from AMERICA. I am writing this blog hoping to help some other Indians when they plan to spend their hard earned money on any Apple products.
