This is the worst experience with SBI online banking and their problem resolution system in last 7 months.
1) I transferred some money to someone 2 times. Since it was late in evening so I cancelled the first transaction. But scheduled the 2nd transaction for the next day. When I seen mini statement next day. They done the payment for both transaction.
2) One of the beneficiary is automatically removed. Since I was supposed to transfer the money on urgent basis so I added it again. After 1 month, there are 2 entries of the same beneficiary. I can still see both entries in beneficiary list.
3) I added my mother as beneficiary. When I tried to approve it, it throws some exception and logged me out forcefully automatically. When I logged in, there was no entry of beneficiary.
4) On 24th,Jun 2013, I opened goibibo.com and abhibus.com in 2 separate tabs of same window > initiated the booking. But completed the transaction for abhibus.com only. Once the transaction is finished, I received another OTP that I ignored. And closed goibibo tab as well. After 2 days when I seen mini statement of transactions, there was an entry for goibibo transaction of 200rs.
5) I SMS "Unhappy" many times to their provided number i.e. 8008202020.Every time they SMS me new index(reference) number. But never call me to ask about the problem.
6) I tried to launch complaint on their online complaint form but;
........a) It neither has relevant categories nor any category indicating "other".
........b) it's branch locator doesn't allow me locate branch since it doesn't accept space.
........c) complaint box has limit of 200 chars. It is very difficult to explain whole complaint in only 200 chars. And SBI closes such complaint by stating that "not enough detail is provided".
