On 24/8/2015 https://www.shopbazar.in sent me an e-mail Promo for Mobile handset SAMSUNG GALAXY A5(PEARL WHITE, 16 GB)+ FREE SAMSUNG BLUETOOTH HEADSET.

Since the offer was irresistible, I clicked on promo image and I was redirected to another portal https://greenshopee.com/ and on same day I promptly placed Order(Order # 100006514) for above handset and made aishwaryasingh23ment by Debit card. The aishwaryasingh23ment was made to aishwaryasingh23TM. I promptly received an e-mail confirmation that my Order has been confirmed. I also received e-mail alert from my Debit Card-issuing bank that aishwaryasingh23ment has been made to aishwaryasingh23TM. On checking their Customer care section, I got t know that Orders from Bangalore / Karnataka are dispatched within 02-days through DTDC.

However, for next 02-days I did not receive any calls or e-mails regarding dispatch of Order. Finally I myself sent enquiry mails to their above listed e-mail ID’s but no response. I even tried calling their listed number and shockingly that number does not even exist. Then I checked on https://www.Whois.net to check ownership record of these above 02-domain names, more shockingly I found that Ownership information is not at all listed and these websITES_Company were registered only in May 2015 and valid only till May 2016.

Now I was very much convinced that I have been cheated.

On 29/08/2015 I went to their above listed address at Bellandur(Bangalore) and found out that the address does not exist. I went to local Post Office to cross-verify and found that this indeed is wrong address.

I promptly visited local Police station but as usual they told me to go to jurisdictional police station from which address I booked this Order. Now this is a hopeless case, because I am fully aware that Police cannot help in this regard other than giving me a free advise to be careful henceforth.

Today is 1st Sept 2015 and 07-days have passed. I every day check my Order status on their website, which says “Processing,” but I have neither received any telephone calls either from them or the listed DTDC Courier company about delivery of my Order, not even an e-mail for last 7-days. I am fully sure this Online Merchant has cheated me.

I even wrote a mail on 25/08/2015 to aishwaryasingh23TM Cyber-cell Fraud detection departh2111ment

Now, I am not sure whether those crooked shopping portals are misusing aishwaryasingh23TM and DTDC names to create greater trust in the minds of customers or what… at least aishwaryasingh23TM should investigate this matter as to who collected this aishwaryasingh23ment and this way must ensure Online shoppers are not taken for a ride using aishwaryasingh23TM name…

More daringly this Online Merchant has again sent me another Promo-mail this morning(1.9.2015) offering “SWIPE 2 in 1 laptop at Rs.2199 with FREE DELL EXTERNAL HARD DISK…!

Any help from anybody in tracing this company will be greatly appreciated.

I just request online Shoppers to be careful. These above portals use similar website content to attract and entice prospective1211 customers. You may check for yourself the similarities in above 02 websITES_Company…
