I PURCHASEA AN ALMIRAH & A KITCHEN UNIT FROM HOUSEFULL FURNITURE TWO YEARS BACK. WITHIN 2 DAYS THE DOOR & BASE OF THE ALMIRAH COME OUT FROM THE CHANEL. I MADE MINIMUM 50 REQUEST TO REPAIR THE SAME & EVERY TIME HOUSEFULL FURNITURE CUSTOMER CARE UNIT INFORM ME THAT THEY WILL MAKE ARRANGEMENT TO REPAIR THE SAME. BUT TILL DATE IT HAS NOT BEEN REPAIRED & ITEMS BECAME ALMOST FINISH & NO CHANCE TO REPAIR THE SAME. LAST MONTH I GOT A CALL FROM HOUSEFULL FURNITURE & INFORM ME THAT THEY WILL ARRNAGE TO EITHER REPAIR THE SAME OR ARRANGE TO REPLACE THE SAME. THEY ALSO ASK ME TO PROVIDE THE PHOTOGRAPH OF THE SAID DAMAGE ITEMS FOR THEIR VERIFICATION, WHICH I HAVE SENT TO THEM BUT AGAIN THEY SHUT DOWN THEIR RESPONSE. MY REQUEST TO ALL THE VIEWER OF THIS MESSAGE, PLEASE THINK 100 TIMES BEFORE PURCHASE ANY ITMES OF HOUSEFULL FURNITURE BECAUSE YOU MAY FACE THE FINANCIAL LOSS WHICH I HAVE FACE. MY LAST COMPLAINT NO.CC/2015/6/4 FOR 100008430. WITHOUT SOLVING MY PROBLEM THEY HAVE SENT ME A MESSAGE THAT AFORESAID COMPLAINT RESOLVED. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF & DO NOT BUY ANY ITEMS OF HOUSEFULL FURNITURE. THEY USE LOW QUALITY MATERIALS ON THEIR ITEMS & ONCE SOLD THEY DO NOT GIVE ANY POST SALE SERVICES.
