Prime Minister Narendra Modi striking deal with Japan for a state of the art bullet train in India in between the city of Ahmedabad to Mumbai has left experts divide on the cost of benefit analysis of the project worth more than Rs.1 lakh crore. No doubt that India should invest the new technology that boost our country infrastructure. But the main doubt is whether India should spend that much high value of enterprise or should boost facilities for general/ ordinary passengers to afford bullet train.

Recently starting this year more than 20 train accidents were took place. But the fact that no body knows the proper reason for this accidents. In India generally all the train are now running in late time min 2hrs a common but in Japan the train are usually never run in late and their maximum late time is 15-30 second.

The main reason of the bullet train is a super fast train and really low interest rate of 0.1% and Japan will provide a soft loan for more than 80% of the total cost which has to repaid over a period of 50 years.

EMPLOYMENT FACILITY likely to generate 16000 indirect employment and 20000 construction worker.

In the end, it will boil down to consumer satisfication. The bullet train will compete with the passengers who can afford to Flight or AC coach. But we have to wait for the time to started the bullet train how successful the train run in India.
