Thanks for awarding my blog as the blog of the day. It has certainly helped me and motivated me to write something personal about my life. For me life is a open diary which can be read by people who are directly or indirectly linked to our life.
I wish that my life goes the way it's going and be more stress less and healthier, and who wudn't wish for such a happy and easy life?
The question is where do we miss out on??
The answer to this is quite simple, it our attitude and the way we react to things.
You don't trust me?? I'll make you believe that every word said by me is 100% true.
Consider your daily routine to be as mentioned below--------
Get up early morning
Brush your teeth
Take a bath
Get ready for office
Travel via train/bus/private vehicle
Work for 8 hours
Leave from office to go home
Reach home and rest for sometime
Have food and sleep again.
Most of us have the same routine. Ain't I right??
It's time to act weird and be happy.
Today I got up 10 mins early than what I am normally used to and thought let's make this day a lil bit special. Did meditation for 5 mins and the next 5 mins was dedicated for a small strole or a walk in the colony compound. Trust me there isn't any better feel than walking for sometime early morning especially when the sun is out.
Brushing too is fun especially when one is in a good mood. Setting up different look and brushing at the same time is real fun and watching oneself in mirrior too is fun.
Singing loud during bath releases stress and that's the only place where one comes to know how bad can a person get when it comes to singing. I am sure many a people dreams of becoming Indian Idol are shattered in the bathroom and they prefer being a bathroom singer. I can go on and on in the bathroom singing random crap.
Getting ready for office is a very tedious job but with a smile on the face even big stones seem like skipping stones to success.
Travel is too boring unless you are accompanied with your friends that too the close ones. Thankfully my 9:56am train group are very jolly and entertaining. Travelling till office is fun especially meeting all these guys, but public holidays are days that ruin the fun of travelling as my entire train group has holiday but I don't have and travelling alone for 1 hour seems like a day.
Work for 8 hours with smile on face surely reduces stress level and spreads positivity and at times it makes the person sitting besides you think that your mad! And at times it also makes other wonder what did I do last night haha!!
Leaving from office is really the best part, leaving all the tension and deadlines behind but the energy level is certainly down. In such a situation always prefer doing what makes you happy the most! I play games on my nexus tab and that certainly helps in bringing the stress level and the tiredness down.
Reach home and watch tv for sometime, shows like Kaun banega crorepati and Tarak metha surely helps one to get glued to the screen. A good session of laughter is a must in a day, so do ensure you dedicate this much time atleast as it should surely come in the do's list!
Have food and rest for sometime and read some current affairs and than sleep!
