If you see clubMahindra's advertisement given fabulous joining offers, careful, as you may be getting into a trap.

I recently got trapped into promotion floated by the ClubMahindra. ClubMahindra was offerring one Sony Bravia LCD TV and 3 weeks bonus vacation for joining. Sounded like good deal so I called the sales and joined in. Sales Manager Mr. Indrajit Mukharji told me that I should receive my LCD TV within 45 days. This is mid Apr 2008 we are talking. Now it is mid July 2008, till this posting almost 90 days have past and no TV delivered. I keep getting emails that your tv will arrive no later than x-date. Recent email said no later than 7th july and today it is July 17 and nothing. I did not expect this kind of service from a company like ClubMahindra.

Trying calling sales manager, I will be given random response like (let you know today, in 1 hour let you know the status, for sure give you the courier detail) but never got a call back. I have tried calling him atleast 7-8 times and still have not got a confirmed response as to when my LCD TV will arrive. Till this writing there is still no response from ClubMahindra or their reps. I am seriously considering cancelling the subscription now and move the consumer court for such non-service. If anyone out there had the similar experience with their service let everyone know so people are not trapped.
