Most of the time we end up saying "I am not feeling good today", "m unhappy today", "m feeling bad",......oh!......my list is too long. Have we ever wondered how many times do we say "I am happy today", "m feeling great today". "The day today was bad" is very common, but "I had a great day today" is very rare to hear.
I understand that the human mind cannot be perfectly happy. But do we generally count our happiness?? But yes we do count our grief.
If the human mind is so fond of happiness, why do we not give both of them equal opportunities to be a part of our expressions! May be when both 'happiness' and the "unhappiness" are competeting with each other, both should be given equal opportunities of growth.
Let's express our happiness.
