I have a problem with country club.

I am cheated with the country club executive. Once that person came to my home and I have signed the application form. But he didnt tel me that he is going to debit the money from my Credit card. The cost of membership is 1.2lacs but they have diducted Rs.60000. I need to take the money back. If you have any idea then please help me to come out of this situation.
