Folks,

I recently (May 2010) used cox and kings for the european experience package, and here are my comments:

Hotels

1. Since it's a desi originated package, the quality of hotels are below average for the price paid.

Food

1. Food sucks, very simple veg and non-veg, sometime no salads or desserts. Below any standard indian 3 star hotel.

Optional Package

1. It's better you TAKE THE OPTIONAL PACKAGE ON YOUR OWN IT WILL COST YOU HALF IF YOU HAVE KIDS BELOW 15 years.

Bus

1. Very hard seats, bus is not cleaned all through the 10 day trip. It's sad that nobody cares.

Tour Guide

1. We had a very good tour guide, BUT PLEASE ASK HIM TO TURN OFF PLAYING ANY KIND OF MOVIES. LET HIM Explain the flora, fauna, culture of the places on the way.

Overall

I would say does NOT reflect VALUE FOR THE MONEY PAID
