I am wonderstuck why does not the organisation whose name is getting into the muck because of bad publicity get rid of such employees. Instead they are protected by the higher ups who too get involved in affairs. Some organisation advice their female staff to always carry condoms or birth control pills. All in the name of motivation and peak performance.
Whether the peak performance is judged in the bed room or boardroom now I begin to wonder. I feel it is high time that such cultural pollution in the name of employee motivation should be stopped. Well coming to consensual sex nobody can stop it. There is no need of allowance for such a move by close colleagues.
Instead female employees travelling on work should be encouraged to date their own husbands once again with organisations picking up the tab. Let us prevent Amit & Rinku homicide in future at least.
