Hi, This was the mail that I first wrote to the DD management and no action was taken. Please find the attached mail to , b.talwar@ddmotors.net. Please read below as well after this mail which I went through. Hi Rupika, Good Day I am writing this mail for the first time to DD motors because I found it really important to let DD motors management know that there staff is not doing a great job and are inefficient. There are only 2 reasons why I give my car for servicing to DD Motors: 1. Its convenient and near to home. 2. Its because of Rupika( Customer Care Manager) as she handles all the goof ups made by your staff. I have been a regular customer of yours and you can check my past history. During my each visit I have filed a complaint due to incomplete/unsatisfactory work done by your staff and charging unnecessarily when not required. Your staff is only revenue driven. They just target that how many cars they need to deliver by end of day whether the work is done or not. Last time your service ad visor sold me Discount card of some 1500 or 1800 rs and made fool out of me.Yes made fool out of me as its not at all worth it. Here is an example to it which I faced today.This card states that upto 5- 8 kms you get free shuttle service and upon asking today the service ad visor told me that company has stopped it for Mundka and I categorchandru021y asked your service ad visor last time and he mentioned yes it goes till Munkda.Is this some kind of joke or what. Please understand I am salaried class person and its my hard earned money and in return if I get this type of service and minimal discounts which is mentioned in this card its not acceptable and worth it. Adding to this, I refereed my friend Mr. Sameer Mishra( UP 44M 0351) few days back and asked him to approach directly to Ms Rupika and she will take care of everything. But again to our surprise following work were still incomplete. 1.AC water was tripping 2.Pollution check was not done. 3.Liver was not replaced which is used to open the bonnet. Today As well my car is been given for servicing DL 2 CAN 8250 and I hope this is not repeated and proper action will be taken else will never recommend my friends to DD Motors and will make it publicized on Facebook. After not getting satisfactory response from there side. After 10 days of this incident I saw my tyres were teared out as the down panel( As per mechanic its called chimta) was bend and due to which my tyres were worn out at just 40000 KM in less than 2 years. My question is when a small mechanic can inform me then why DD motors didn; t informed me when I got all my 5 services got it done from them and why didn't they fix it. Apart from that my GASkit got damanged due to careless ness of their staff the coolant tube was cracked and was noticed while servicing by their staff, which resulted in changing the entire GASKIT as it got damaged due unavailbilty of coolant. I was put in danger by them as I could have damaged my car badly or lost my life as it was a CNG car. They are just money driven and don't care about there customer hard earned money. I have lost almost 30000 Rs barbecue of them which includes the following Car servicing -8500 RS( Which they didn't do at all properly else other things would have not resulted into other situation) Tyres: 12500 RS GASKIT+ Replacement of chimta at the bottom both sides along with cushons+ Labour: 9000 RS I hope someone will listen and help me. Just because of them I am not able to celebrate Diwali and can't goto my hometown as has invested my saved budget to maintain my car. Regards Ravinder SIngh
