All the bomb scares in Delhi on Tuesday morning were declared hoax calls by the police.

Earlier, the police was on high-alert in Delhi after a bomb scare at five different locations These include the Income Tax Office building, Safdarjung Hospital and Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital, the New Delhi Railway Station, and the NDMC building in Connaught Place.

The NDMC building was cleared after a two-hour lockdown of the building. The bomb squad, police and fire services searched all floors and gave the all clear.

An anonymous call shortly after 10 am warned the police of these bombs. These areas were evacuated.

Delhi Police asked citizens to stay away from these areas. Fire tenders were put in service.
