I have IFB microwave oven. My warranty valid till 2016. Currently we moved from Kolkata to Bangaluru. In the time of moving my microwave oven front glass has broken. I called IFB customer care and they said within 24 hours your problem will resolved. I called 5 of January and till now no one has come from IFB. I am very much disappointed. After that I called at least 4 times them. Every time customer care people said "sorry for inconvenience our technician will call you within 24 hours". Last I called few days back and customer care person said " we will forward your problem and at the same time you write down a number I call in that no. Her name is Manju, phone no. 8123233636, priority basis she will send technician to solve your problem". So I called few times either phone was busy or no one receive the phone. Now most interesting part is few days back one IFB person called me and said" I am calling from Goa IFB branch, I want your feedback regarding IFB service." I told my experience that I did not get any service after complaining several times regarding this issue. After that I did not get any response from IFB.
