My tikona user id is 1104762344. I lost internet again on last Friday night again, when I called support team they said it will be resolved in 24 hours. I got a confirmation on resolution on yesterday but still the issue not resolved permanently.
I am not sure why there is no proper resolution. Since there are no issues for the past 10-15 days, I thought it should be okay but it doesnt sound like. I think there are some major issues.
All my neighbors are not satisfied with Tikona. I need to login tomorrow sometime afternoon, so I called the support agian and raised concern.
As I said earlier, people are not happy with the service.
Please forward this complaint. This is my second posting in mouthshut.com about Tikona.
