I bought a TOSHIBA 32" LED TV model no. PB2 in April2012. On 15-12-12 I started facing vision problem so I lodged a call at toshiba call center on 16-12-12. Same day a technician visited my place & told that panel needs to be replaced hence I need to wait. after a week when I called up to ask status at call center, I was informed that since the said model no. is no longer available, I will be refunded. since then I have been following up with them about when I can expect the refund they are not having any timelines.
