I bought a Samsung LED 4646600 3D Smart TV in October 2011. It was performing very well till day before, when the visuals stopped getting displayed on the screen. For a TV that costed me over a lakh rupees, the life is just 3.5 years? This is shocking. And the repair cost is amounting to Rs 40,000. The technician is unable to tell me what must have caused the damage. He says electronics items behave that way. And there is no guarantee that the TV will work for another 5 years once the repair work is carried out. In such a case, is it that we rely solely on our luck when it comes to Samsung products? Really disappointed.

I am voicing this on this platform because I want someone from Samsung to tell me if I should repair it or go in for another TV? They have to give some answers.
