Hi All............i m frequent visiter to this site and read everyone views daily and I can understand that everyone has their own opinion in this matter and I ats also true that we all are worried about our hard earned money bot even in this difficult time we shoud not get panic and handle the situation intelligently,some of my friends suggested that file the cases against the co. or report the matter to the police station and lodged the F.I.R. against them, I am also a lawyer and I dont think this will solve our problem because the matter is also pending before the High Court of Bombay then more filing the cases wolud not help cause,so be calm and lets wait for 14 th of oct .

I would like 2 say one more thing they can not bypass High Court directions if the Court has directed to meet the investor then they have to arrnage a meeting with us,,,i m hoping somthing fruitfull will come out from that meeting,,,,,,

so I am hereby requesting to all my friends to get panic and be postive everything will be fine,,,,,because if once get panic panic spreads among the other investor,,,,,if they want to run away they can but they fighting for us, fighting for surviver,,,,,,,,,
