Tikona (Digital Network) promise them as a A-class service provider, But my experience with them is worst. I contacted them for a internet connection, and immediately one fellow came and collected the cheque. He told me the connection will be done in 2 days, i.e. after the cheque clears. After 2 days, I called them after the cheque was cleared, and though they promised they will do in 48 hours, nothing happened. Again I called, and the same story. Third time also the same happened. So I decided not to take the connection anymore. So after 6 days(from cheque cleared) I called them, and told, not to go ahead with the connection and refund me the amount.
Then they directed me to their refund department, who told me a person will come and settle the papers, after which within 30 days they will settle the amount. But almost 30 days gone, nothing has happened. In between, I have called them serveral times, and everytime they tell me they will send an executive within 7 days, I am thinking to file a Consumer Case against them.
