I purchased a stapler model hand sewing machine from rediff shopping and it got delivered to me on 3rd frb 2014. It was sold from vendor Nitasha chandyok of ANK store via rediff shopping. The product delivered to me looks old and wear and tear is there. It does not have a brand new look. It looks like used one. I complained to rediff but no use. I want a brandnew one in replacement or my cash of Rs.262 refunded. When I raised a complaint on rediff, they say the complaint wasnt registered within 48 hours of the product delivery, hence no refund. Does this make any sense? Just because I complained 4 days after the product delivery does not make rediff evade off any genuine problem with the product.

My humble request is dont buy anything on rediff. Worst customer care . I tried a lot to register complaint via phone, but no response at all. Finally, I did it online. Then too, no use so far. Dont buy anything from there.
