I live today to understand why I existed

I got up early to reminisce the sun; I was told I needed to pray

I work because I have to, I have bills to pay

I smile because the world doesn’t like to see a glum face

They carry me away

I tried to smile all the while

The documents are signed, the message is clear,

I lay there now all gray

My blush removed, my brow cleansed

They seek to make me a temple

For what I do not know, I simply did what I was told

It never occurred to me that the body simply existed

And they write in black and white; that it was my life that WAS twisted!!!!!!!!!
