After Bpo's online portals (e-commerce) is a fast growing industry and since people do not have enough time one can easily order anything simply by clicking. In our country e-commerce is creating lot of job opportunities and the smooth buying process is a add on.
But I have heard a lot that most of the online portals are not generating profits and are selling mostly everything on loss just to be in the market. They are spending lot of money to acquire buyers. As per online reviews I found that if you buy something online and after the product is delivered ,in case you dispute that you have not received the product in the packet the company is not skilled to prove you wrong. Also,to ensure there name is not highlighted in social media forums they will immediately refund the amount to the buyer which is again a loss.
Net net my point is clear that in India people have started misusing their rights as a consumer. Portals like Flipcart,Tradus.com,ebay and many more should be assertive and should set up measures/processes to ensure that no one raises a false claim.
