Recently I brought a Vaccum Cleaner from Grihas in Indiranager. The Vaccum Cleaner in question was "Forbes Trendy Xeon". While everything at the store was smooth, problems started when I reached home. to begin with, the User Guide along with the eqippment is the worst one can ask for. The printing is so bad, that you can hardly read it and the images are equally bad. I searched online for any documentation on the Damn product, and it goes beyond saying there is no documentation available. I called up the Grihas store, they also dont have any documentation of the product and they dont have any one available to provide a Demo. So I called up Eureka Forbes Support line and they told me that a support personnel can only be back on available on Friday. Plus for this product they dont have any user manual or DVD available.

all in all a very sad Affair.
