On 7.3.14, I bought a Europa Lock, for main door from a dealer in J P Nagar, Bangalore. The dealer advised me to contact Europa Bangalore, Mob: 9448385429, and request them to send their technician to fix the lock. Accordingly I have contacted them,(their ref.# 7993), and they said their technician will get in touch with me in a few days.It is more than 10 days and nobody turned up so far. For the last 3 - 4 days, I have been calling them regularly but of no use. Their product is o.k from my past experience but their after sales service is very poor. Their unresponsive, lukewarm attitude towards their clients will only lead to diminishing their own reputation. Even I left a message on their website and also sent an email to their director and both remains unanswered as yet.
